A front quarter of beef is cut to your specifications, however, if you choose standard cut it includes the following:
Roasts (3-4lbs)
1x Prime Rib
1x Boneless Chuck
3x Cross Rib
Steak (0.75” Thick)
8x Rib Steaks
6x Chuck Steaks
Ground Beef 30lbs in 1-2lb packages.
Stew Meat 8lbs in 1lb packages
4x Shank soup bones.
4lbs Short Ribs
8lb Brisket
Dog or Marrow Bones
You will be contacted on order confirmation for your exact cutting order. All orders are done to order and will be ready to collect 6-8 weeks after order. This is a non refundable deposit for a hind 1/4 of beef. Price is $6.40/lb. The balance will be due upon collection. Product quantities and sizes will vary based on the animal.
