A side of beef is cut to your specifications, however, if you choose standard cut it includes the following:

2x Eye of Round
2x Sirloin Tip

Steak (0.75” Thick)

8x Rib Steaks
6x Chuck Steaks
10x T-Bone or 12 NY Strip & 5lb Tenderloin (Whole or Steak)
3x Sirloin Cap Steaks
6x Sirloin Steaks
12lb Minute Steak (Outside Round)

Ground Beef 60lbs in 1-2lb packages.
Stew Meat 16lbs in 1lb packages
8x Shank soup bones.
4lbs Short Ribs
8lb Brisket
Dog or Marrow Bones

You will be contacted on order confirmation for your exact cutting order. All orders are done to order and will be ready to collect 6-8 weeks after order. This is a non refundable deposit for a 1/2 of beef. Price is $6.30/lb. The balance will be due upon collection. Product quantities and sizes will vary based on the animal.
