Certified Angus Beef ® Brands Ranch to Table Program is a direct partnership with family farmers and ranchers. The program allows for consumers and end users to buy direct from ranchers they know but also have the assurance of the brands quality. The farmers and ranchers are dedicated to delivering the very best angus beef ensuring exceptional taste.
We partner with Cudlobe Angus in Stavely, AB. Their beef is raised naturally using genetics to obtain the best beef possible. The cattle are grain finished beef with the grain grown naturally on the ranch. The diet of grain helps develop the marbling in the meat that also provides an added source of zinc, vitamin B12, iron and other nutrients.
Producing Certified Angus Beef ® Brand cattle is a science. Choosing genetic for marbling, rib size and carcass weight produces a higher quality animal end product. Certified Angus Beef ® is the only brand certified for flavor. Only 3 in 10 Angus cattle meet the brands standards. The beef is all natural, no added hormones or artificial coloring.
Pincher Creek Meats is the first abattoir both provincially and nationally certified to butcher Ranch to Table Beef in Canada. Our Beef is inspected and graded to ensure it meets all 10 specifications for consistency, quality, flavor and tenderness.
