As the first Abattoir in Canada to be provincially and nationally certified to process Ranch to Table Beef through Certified Angus Beef ®, we take pride in offering only the finest cuts of beef, ensuring that our customers enjoy the highest standards of quality and flavor.

Locally Sourced Meat

We are dedicated to locally sourcing our products. We proudly partner and source our beef from Cudlobe Angus in Stavely, AB, whose cattle meet the Certified Angus Beef ® Brands live animal evaluation as well as the ten brand specifications to be certified Ranch to Table. Our hogs and chickens are sourced from a nearby local colony, ensuring we provide access to local farm raised animals with outstanding quality and taste to the community.

In House Smoked Meats

Our in-house production process guarantees that all our jerky, sausage, ham, deli meats and bacon are crafted with care, using time honored techniques and smoked to perfection in our original cinder brick smokehouse. Each product is a testament to our commitment to quality and authenticity.
