A Half Hog is cut to your specifications, however, if you choose standard cut it includes the following:
Pork Chops ¾ inch - 18
Shoulder Roast - 2
Butt Roast - 2
Fresh Leg - 1
Bacon or Side Pork - 10lbs
Spare Ribs - 4lbs
Ham - 1 or cut in half for 2
Ground Pork 12 LBS or Sausage made with trim
You will be contacted on order confirmation for your exact cutting order. All orders are done to order and will be ready to collect 2-4 weeks after order. The Price is $350, we require a 25% deposit, balance will be due upon collection. Product quantities and sizes will vary based on the animal.
